Yet in many communities across Cameroon, menstruation remains hidden behind layers of stigma, silence, and misinformation. Vision in Action is breaking that silence by engaging an often-overlooked group: boys and young men. This guide, developed as a practical training tool, empowers them to understand menstruation, challenge harmful norms, and become active allies in promoting menstrual health. Through interactive discussions, myth-busting activities, and real-life scenarios, we’re fostering a new generation that sees menstruation not as a taboo, but as a natural part of life that everyone has a role in supporting.
