Between December 2025 and June 2026, Vision in Action Cameroon (VIAC), with support from the Hesperian Foundation, implemented a six-month initiative to expand access to accurate, evidence-based sexual and reproductive health information through the Hesperian Health Apps. By combining community outreach, capacity building, and digital engagement, the project directly reached 800 people, facilitated 1,149 app downloads, trained 30 community digital health champions, and engaged over 5,200 people through social media. The project demonstrates how digital innovation, when paired with grassroots action, can bridge critical information gaps and empower young people, women, and communities with reliable reproductive health knowledge.
